ONSITE PARKING

To advance your on-site event parking needs, all crews must submit their requests through the On-Site Parking Request Form.

  • Each department is allotted 5 spots on site.

  • Additional spots can be purchased for $25 per day on event days.

  • Any requests made outside of this form will not be honored.

  • The deadline to submit the form is June 12.

  • Please note that all submissions are requests only and are not confirmed until approved by a member of the Live Events department.

  • Approved on site parking passes can be picked up at the Credentials Center.
