June 16th – First day Deliveries accepted at boneyard.
June 30 th - First day of load out
July 3rd- Last day of boneyard
SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Please make sure to only use the address listed above.
2. Email Anthony.Belenardo@xgames.com with the Subject Line: X Games Delivery
3. The logistics team will unload all packages at the Logistics Boneyard.
NOTE: All deliveries will come through GATE 17.
All Emails should include the following:
● Tracking Number
● Carrier
● Contact Name and Phone number to receive package.
● Info on any special unloading or storage requirements
PACKAGE PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS
Loose packages will be stored in the Green Barn by gate 17. These packages must be checked out before being handed over to listed recipient or department.
Palletized items will be stored at building #8 aka Brick8 or directly brought to desired location on site, this must be coordinated with Maya in shipping.
If you are wanting to pick up packages reach Maya over the radio on channel OPS+LOG or text her at 213-424-2728.
Packages on-site can also be coordinated to be delivered to requested locations on-site via the logistics team. (keep in mind there may be delays for on-site deliveries during busier days)
If for some reason no one is available to help you retrieve your packages please don’t take the package until it has been logged out. This ensures our process to eliminate packages from accidentally going somewhere it shouldn’t.
