CABS / RIDE SHARES ARE NOT A REIMBURSABLE INVOICE EXPENSE

We have staffed to be able to take care of your needs either through our internal transportation department, rental vehicle fleet, or our corporate Uber account where applicable. Those that do not utilize these programs offered will be considered personal or "out of pocket" expenses and are not to be included on final invoice. ALL approved transportation must be approved by X Games Transportation Department.

TRAX - UTAH TRANSIT AUTHORITY RAIL LINE

To facilitate crew transportation between hotels and the event site, we will utilize the Utah Transit Authority's TRAX light rail system, specifically the Green Line.

The Green Line offers convenient access, with stations near each hotel in our room block and the Fairpark Station adjacent to the event venue. TRAX operates seven days a week, with trains running every 15 minutes during peak hours on weekdays and every 20 minutes on weekends.

How To Ride TRAX

  • Fare Before Boarding: Information on X Games Specific Fares COMING SOON.

  • Plan Your Trip: Use UTA's Trip Planner or the Transit app to schedule your journey. The Green Line connects the Salt Lake City International Airport to West Valley City, passing through downtown Salt Lake City and stopping at Fairpark Station.

  • Boarding: Ensure you are on the platform with proof of fare payment before the train arrives.

  • Real Time Updates: For real-time updates and service alerts, download the Transit app or visit UTA's Service Alerts page. This will help you stay informed about any changes to the schedule or service disruptions.

ONSITE PARKING

To advance your on-site event parking needs, all crews must submit their requests through the On-Site Parking Request Form.

  • Any requests made outside of this form will not be honored.

  • The deadline to submit the form is June 13.

  • Please note that all submissions are requests only and are not confirmed until approved by a member of the Live Events department.

  • Approved on site parking passes can be picked up at the Credentials Center.
