  1. January 12th- Any packages arriving before this date please notify and copy

  2. January 12th – First day Deliveries accepted at boneyard.

  3. January 26th- First day of load out

  4. January 30th- Last day of boneyardd

  1. Please make sure to only use the address listed above.

  2. Email Anthony.Belenardo@xgames.com an email with the Subject Line: X Games Package 

All Emails should include the following:

  • Tracking Number 

  • Carrier 

  • Contact Name and Phone number to receive package.

  • Info on any special unloading or storage requirements.

PACKAGE PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS

  1. We will do our best to notify you when the package(s) arrives at the boneyard. In the past we created a google doc for tracking shipments. We will create another doc for this event. Once we receive a package, we input the information down in our system and we do our best to contact the end recipient, It is important to have the end recipient’s name and company’s name on the shipment. 

  2. Please contact Maya Fahey (213-424-2728) before coming over to pick up a package to ensure that it was received.

  4. All boxes will be stored in your department’s cold storage container in the boneyard, or the cold logistics container. Items can be stored in warm storage if requested. 

  5. Please note this address is different from the Inn at Aspen, If shipping to the event please use the event given on this document.
