ONSITE PARKING
If you have been pre-approved for parking on site you may pick up your parking pass along with your credentials at the Credential Center. In order to park on site parking you MUST go through the approval process with the Live Events Team. Please contact Saira at saira.anderson@xgames.com for support.
Parking passes go into affect at Buttermilk Mountain on Monday, January 19th.
CONDO, HOTEL & PUBLIC PARKING
Parking in Aspen is extremely limited during X Games. Each condo unit (including Frias Properties, Aspen Square, and Aspen Alps) includes ONE (1) parking space per unit. Additional parking spaces are not provided unless arranged in advance.
Limelight Aspen offers valet parking at $50 per vehicle per night. Parking charges for approved staff will be billed to the master account with advance approval.
The Inn at Aspen does not have guest parking during X Games unless arranged in advance. Guests should plan to use hotel shuttles and pre-arranged X Games Staff Shuttles, even if arriving in Aspen by personal vehicle.
Public parking downtown is paid, limited, and strictly enforced during X Games. Options include the Rio Grande Parking Garage and, as well as the Bush Creek Park and Ride “Aspen Intercept Lot” with free RFTA bus service into town. Street parking is time-restricted and often reduced during the event. Guests should not plan on daily downtown parking.
CABS / RIDE SHARES ARE NOT A REIMBURSABLE INVOICE EXPENSE
We have staffed to be able to take care of your needs either through our internal transportation department, rental vehicle fleet, or our corporate Uber account where applicable. Those that do not utilize these programs offered will be considered personal or "out of pocket" expenses and are not to be included on final invoice.
