HEAVY EQUIPMENT LETTER

To Whom It May Concern:

Sports Content Creation, LLC is committed to providing a safe work environment during all activities associated with X Games Aspen 2026. The welfare of our employees, freelancers, day hires, contractors, vendors, and members of the public, as well as the protection of corporate property, is a major consideration in our business. Anyone operating heavy equipment (Fork Trucks, Reach Forks,Skid Steers, etc.) provided by, or through, Sports Content Creation, LLC DBA. X Games will be required to show proof of operator training and/or certification completed within the past three (3) years. In addition, equipment operators may be required to demonstrate operational proficiency before the initial use of this equipment.

Required training documentation may be submitted in advance to the contact listed below or may be provided onsite before the initial use of equipment.

Anyone not meeting this requirement will NOT be allowed to operate Sports Content Creation, LLC provided heavy equipment during X Games Aspen 2026.
